My mission (on a personal level) is to help people embrace AI with confidence.

This requires the truth—far from the fiction promoted on a daily basis, far from the ignorance that fuels this frantic race into the unknown.

Contrary to the myth, current artificial intelligence systems:

• Operate according to clear and verifiable principles
• Their decisions are explainable
• Their decision-making tree is transparent from start to finish
• Biases are not a problem to be eliminated; on the contrary, they are a revealing signature of cognitive patterns.

The naked truth imposes its own laws:

• The so-called “complexity” masks a lack of expertise.
• No optimization is feasible on outdated architectures that have proven their limitations.

The courage required:
The researchers will have to face the harsh reality of their own illusions.
They will have to accept that the truth was there, undeniable, from the very beginning:

• In the biases they dismissed as “minor issues”
• In the data they thought they were “cleaning up” instead of understanding
• In the results they overinterpreted out of desperation for meaning

Those who refuse to face the reality of AI:

• Will remain mere scribes, copying templates without understanding
• Will continue to worship at the altar of benchmarking
• Will perpetuate lies by omission
